Abstract: In this paper, we classify all simple jet modules for the Neveu-Schwarz algebra $widehatmathfrakk$ and its contact subalgebra $mathfrak{k}^{+}$. Based on these results, we give a classification of simple Harish-Chandra modules for $widehatmathfrakk$ and $mathfrak{k}^{+}$.
