Abstract: We study -graded thread -modules V=oplus_i V_i, ; dim{V_i}=1, -infty le k< i < Nle +infty, ; dim{V_i}=0, ; {
m ; otherwise}, over the positive part of the Witt (Virasoro) algebra . There is well-known example of infinite-dimensional () two-parametric family of -modules induced by the twisted -action on tensor densities . Another family of -modules is defined by the action of two multiplicative generators of as and for and are two arbitrary constants (). We classify -dimensional graded thread -modules for sufficiently large of three important types. New examples of graded thread -modules different from finite-dimensional quotients of and were found.
