Abstract: We show that the subcritical d-dimensional nonlinear Schr"odinger equation ipsit+Deltapsi+|psi|2sigmapsi=0, where 1<sigmad<2, admits smooth solutions that become singular in~Lp for p*<pleinfty, where p*:=fracsigmadsigmad1. Since limsigmado2p*=2, these solutions can collapse at any 2<pleinfty, and in particular for p=2sigma+2.
