Abstract: Let be a domain in the complex plane . It follows from first part of our work that if a non-zero holomorphic function on vanishes on a sequence and satisfies on , where is a subharmonic function on , then the the distribution of is subordinated to the Riesz measure of in a certain sense. Here we show that this result is "almost reversible".
