Abstract: In this paper geometrical aspects of perfect fluid spacetime with torse-forming vector field xi are discribed and Ricci soliton in perfect fluid spacetime with torse-forming vector field xi are determined. Conditions for the Ricci soliton to be expanding, steady or shrinking are also given.
