Abstract: Let be a non-negative self-adjoint operator on . By spectral theory, we can define the operator , which is bounded on , for any bounded Borel function . In this paper, we study the sharp weighted estimates for spectral multipliers and their commutators with BMO functions . We would like to emphasize that the Gaussian upper bound condition on the heat kernels associated to the semigroups is not assumed in this paper.
