Abstract: Suppose that is a finite -group. If all subgroups of index of are abelian and at least one subgroup of index of is not abelian, then is called an -group. In this paper, some information about -groups are obtained and -groups are completely classified. This solves an {it old problem} proposed by Berkovich and Janko in their book. Abundant information about -groups are given.
