Abstract: In this paper we study the semiclassical limit for the pseudo-relativistic Hartree equation sqrtvarepsilon2Delta+m2u+Vu=(Ialpha*|u|p)|u|p2u in mathbbRN where m>0, 2leqp<frac2NN1, VcolonmathbbRNomathbbR is an external scalar potential, Ialpha(x)=fraccN,alpha|x|Nalpha is a convolution kernel, cN,alpha is a positive constant and (N1)pN<alpha<N. For N=3, alpha=p=2, our equation becomes the pseudo-relativistic Hartree equation with Coulomb kernel.
