Semi-parallel real hypersurfaces in complex two-plane Grassmannians

Abstract: We prove that there does not exist any semi-parallel real hypersurface in complex two-plane Grassmannians. With this result, the nonexistence of recurrent real hypersurfaces in complex two-plane Grassmannians can also be proved.
