The authors study positive singular solutions of a semilinear elliptic problem with critical Sobolev exponent. The equation is related to conformal deformation of metrics in Euclidean half space. Some of the technical details involve the removability of singularities. They discuss asymptotic behavior of these solutions and give an application on conformal metrics.
