Abstract: {it We first give a geometrical description of the action of the parity operator (hatP) on non relativistic spin 1over2 Pauli spinors in terms of bundle theory. The relevant bundle, , is a non trivial extension of the universal covering group SU(2)oSO(3). hatP is the non relativistic limit of the corresponding Dirac matrix operator calP=igamma0 and obeys hatP2=βˆ’1. Then, from the direct product of O(3) by , naturally induced by the structure of the galilean group, we identify, in its double cover, the time reversal operator (hatT) acting on spinors, and its product with hatP. Both, hatP and hatT, generate the group . As in the case of parity, hatT is the non relativistic limit of the corresponding Dirac matrix operator calT=gamma3gamma1, and obeys hatT2=βˆ’1.}
