C^0-sufficiency, Kuiper-Kuo and Thom conditions for non-isolated singularity

The main result of this note is contained in Theorem 2.2 and it shows that the Kuiper-Kuo condition and the Thom condition for an analytic function germ with non-isolated singularity are equivalent.
