Abstract: For any positive integer k, let mathcalGk denote the set of finite groups G such that all Cayley graphs mCay(G,S) are integral whenever |S|lek. Estmacuteelyi and Kovmacuteacs cite{EK14} classified mathcalGk for each kge4. In this paper, we characterize the finite groups each of whose cubic Cayley graphs is integral. Moreover, the class mathcalG3 is characterized. As an application, the classification of mathcalGk is obtained again, where kge4.
