Abstract: Let deltain(0,1] and T be a delta-Calder'on-Zygmund operator. Let w be in the Muckenhoupt class A1+delta/n(mathbbRn) satisfying intmathbbRnfracw(x)1+|x|n,dx<infty. When binmBMO(mathbbRn), it is well known that the commutator [b,T] is not bounded from H1(mathbbRn) to L1(mathbbRn) if b is not a constant function. In this article, the authors find out a proper subspace mathopmathcalBMOw(mathbbRn) of mathopmathrmBMO(mathbbRn) such that, if binmathopmathcalBMOw(mathbbRn), then [b,T] is bounded from the weighted Hardy space Hw1(mathbbRn) to the weighted Lebesgue space Lw1(mathbbRn). Conversely, if binmBMO(mathbbRn) and the commutators of the classical Riesz transforms [b,Rj]j=1n are bounded from Hw1(mathbbRn) into Lw1(mathbbRn), then binmathopmathcalBMOw(mathbbRn).
