Abstract: We prove a strong classification result for a certain class of -algebras with primitive ideal space , where is the one-point compactification of . This class contains the class of graph -algebras with primitive ideal space . Along the way, we prove a universal coefficient theorem with ideal-related -theory for -algebras over whose fiber has torsion-free -theory.
