Abstract: We prove that the basic intersection cohomology $I{H}_{overlinep}^{*}(M/mathcalF)$, where $mathcalF$ is the singular foliation determined by an isometric action of a Lie group $G$ on the compact manifold $M$, verifies the Poincar'e Duality Property.
