Abstract: Let be a commutative noetherian ring, an ideal of and finite --modules. We prove that the following statements are equivalent. egin{enumerate} item[(i)] is finite for all . item[(ii)] for all . item[(iii)] is coatomic for all . end{enumerate} If is finite and be a non-negative integer such that and is finite (resp. minimax) for all , then is zero (resp. artinian) for all .
