Abstract: Let be a locally compact group and be a closed Ore semigroup containing the identity element. Let be a representation such that for every , is an isometry and the final projections of commute. In this article, we study the -algebra , generated by . We show that there exists a universal -algebra, which admits a groupoid description, of which is a quotient. If , then this universal algebra is just .
