Abstract: Let $M$ be a strongly pseudoconvex complex $G$-manifold with compact quotient $M/G$. We provide a simple condition on forms $alpha$ sufficient for the regular solvability of the equation $squareu=alpha$ and other problems related to the $$-Neumann problem on $M$.
