Abstract: In this paper, we prove that minimal hypersurfaces when $ngeq3$ and nonzero constant mean curvature hypersurfaces when $ngeq2$ foliated by spheres in parallel horizontal hyperplanes in ${mathbbH}^{n}imesmathbbR$ must be rotationally symmetric.
