THEORY OF ELECTRON SPECTROSCOPIES IN STRONGLY CORRELATED SEMICONDUCTOR QUANTUM DOTS

Abstract: Quantum dots may display fascinating features of strong correlation such as finite-size Wigner crystallization. We here review a few electron spectroscopies and predict that both inelastic light scattering and tunneling imaging experiments are able to capture clear signatures of crystallization.
