Abstract: We begin by defining functions sigmat,k, which are generalized divisor functions with restricted domains. For each positive integer k, we show that, for r>1, the range of sigmar,k is a subset of the interval displaystyleleft[1,fraczeta(r)zeta((k+1)r)ight). After some work, we define constants etak which satisfy the following: If kinmathbbN and r>1, then the range of the function sigmar,k is dense in displaystyleleft[1,fraczeta(r)zeta((k+1)r)ight) if and only if rleqetak. We end with an open problem.
