Abstract: Virasoro constraints are applied to degree zero Gromov-Witten theory of weighted projective stacks $mathbbP(1,N)$ and $mathbbP(1,1,N)$ to obtain formulas of descendant cyclic Hurwitz-Hodge integrals in higher genera.
