On the conjugacy problem in the group F/N₁ N₂.
From MaRDI portal
Abstract: Let (resp., ) be the normal closure of a finite symmetrized set (resp., ) of a finitely generated free group . It is well-known that if satisfies the condition C(6), then the conjugacy problem is solvable in . In the present paper we prove that if satisfies the condition C(6) and the presentation is atorical, then the conjugacy problem is solvable in . In particular, if satisfies the condition C(7) then the conjugacy problem is solvable in .
