Abstract: The aim of this paper is to study certain family of elliptic curves defined over a number field arising from hyperplane sections of some cubic surface associated to a cyclic cubic extension . We show that each admits a 3-isogeny over and the dual Selmer group is bounded by a kind of unit/class groups attached to . This is proven via certain rational function on the elliptic curve with nice property. We also prove that the Shafarevich-Tate group coincides with a class group of as a special case.
