Abstract: Let (M,g0) be a compact Riemmanian manifold of dimension n. Let P0(h):=h2Deltag+V be the semiclassical Schr"{o}dinger operator for hin(0,h0], and let E be a regular value of its principal symbol p0(x,xi)=|xi|g0(x)2+V(x). Write varphih for an L2-normalized eigenfunction of P(h), P0(h)varphih=E(h)varphih and E(h)in[Eo(1),E+o(1)]. Consider a smooth family of perturbations gu of g0 with u in the ball mathcalBk(varepsilon)subsetmathbbRk of radius varepsilon>0. For Pu(h):=h2Deltagu+V and small |t|, we define the propagated perturbed eigenfunctions varphi_h^{(u)}:=e^{-frac{i}{h}t P_u(h)} varphi_h. We study the distribution of the real part of the perturbed eigenfunctions regarded as random variables Re (varphi^{(cdot)}_h(x)):mathcal B^{k}(varepsilon) o mathbb R quad quad ext{for};, xin M. In particular, when (M,g) is ergodic, we compute the ho0+ asymptotics of the variance extVar[Re(varphih(cdot)(x))] and show that all odd moments vanish as ho0+.
