Abstract: The subject of this paper is the problem of arrangement of a real nonsingular algebraic curve on a real non-singular algebraic surface. This paper contains new restrictions on this arrangement extending Rokhlin and Kharlamov-Gudkov-Krakhnov congruences for curves on surfaces.
