Abstract: All Lie bialgebra structures on the Heisenberg--Weyl algebra $[A_{+},A_{-}]=M$ are classified and explicitly quantized. The complete list of quantum Heisenberg--Weyl algebras so obtained includes new multiparameter deformations, most of them being of the non-coboundary type.
