Abstract: We prove that the probability for a real random Gaussian tensor to be of real rank is , where , denote the gamma and Barnes -functions respectively. This is a rational number for odd and a rational number multiplied by for even. The probability to be of rank is . The proof makes use of recent results on the probability of having real generalized eigenvalues for real random Gaussian matrices. We also prove that for large , where is the Riemann zeta function.
