Abstract: For the noncommutative torus calT, in case of the N.C. parameter heta=fracZn, we construct the basis of Hilbert space H}_nintermsof hetafunctionsofthepositionsz_iofnsolitons.Thewrappingaroundthetorusgeneratesthealgebra{cal A}_n,whichistheZ_n imes Z_nHeisenberggroupon hetafunctions.Wefindthegeneratorsgofanlocalellipticsu(n),wtransform covariantly by the global gauge transformation of calABy acting on calHn we establish the isomorphism of calAng. The eigenfunction of the Gaudin differential L-operators as the Laughli$wavefunction is solved by Bethe ansatz.
