Abstract: It is shown that if a non-zero function finBsigma has infinitely many double zeros on the real axis, then there exists at least one pair of consecutive zeros whose distance apart is greater than dfracpisigmaau1/4, auapprox5.0625. A frame algorithm is provided for reconstructing a function finBsigma from its nonuniform samples f(j)(xi):j=0,1,dots,k1,iinmathbbZ with maximum gap condition, suplimitsi(xi+1xi)=delta<dfrac1sigmack1/2k, where ck is a Wirtinger-Sobolev constant, using Hermite interpolation.
