Abstract: We study the lq lq symmetry integral
q
q, hinspace say , of some arithmetic functions ; we obtain from lower bounds of (for a large class of arithmetic functions ) lower bounds for the lq lq Selberg integral
q
q hinspace of , say (both these integrals give informations about in almost all the short intervals , when ). In particular, when hinspace , the divisor function (having Dirichlet series hinspace , with hinspace hinspace the Riemann zeta function), where is integer, we give lower bounds for the Selberg integrals, say hinspace , of the hinspace . We apply elementary methods (Cauchy inequality to get Large Sieve type bounds) in order to give lower bounds.
