Abstract: Let $aucolonildemathcalEomathcalE$ be a differential covering of a PDE $ildemathcalE$ over $mathcalE$. We prove that if $mathcalE$ possesses infinite number of symmetries and/or conservation laws then $ildemathcalE$ has similar properties.
