Abstract: We characterize the image of radial positive measures $heta$'s on a harmonic $NA$ group $S$ which satisfies $in{t}_{S}ph{i}_0(x),dheta(x)<infty$ under the spherical transform, where $ph{i}_0$ is the elementary spherical function.
