Abstract: In this paper, we study the initial and boundary value problem of the Navier-Stokes equations in the half space. We prove the unique existence of weak solution uinLq(R+imes(0,T)) with ablauinLlocfracq2(R+imes(0,T)) for a short time interval when the initial data hinBqfrac2q(R+) and the boundary data ginLq(0,T;Bqfrac1q(Rn))+Lq(Rn;Bqfrac12q(0,T)) with normal component gninLq(0,T;dotBqfrac1q(Rn)), n+2<q<infty are given.
