Abstract: We determine all helix surfaces with parallel mean curvature vector field, which are not minimal or pseudo-umbilical, in spaces of type $M^n(c)imesmathbbR$, where $M^n(c)$ is a simply-connected $n$-dimensional manifold with constant sectional curvature $c$.
