Abstract: Let be an ordinary fiber of a Seifert fibering of with two exceptional fibers of order . We show that any Seifert manifold with Euler number zero is a branched covering of with branching if . We compute the Seifert invariants of the Abelian covers of branched along a . We also show that , a non-trivial torus knot in , is not universal.
