Abstract: Let be integers such that , and . Let be a divisor of and let be a divisor of . In this paper we construct magic rectangles , signed magic arrays and integer -fold relative Heffter arrays where are even integers. In particular, we prove that there exists an for all satisfying the previous hypotheses. Furthermore, we prove that there exist an and an integer in each of the following cases: ; and ; and ; and both even.
