Abstract: This paper is devoted to the study of flows associated to non-smooth vector fields. We prove the well-posedness of regular Lagrangian flows associated to vector fields mathbfB=(mathbfB1,...,mathbfBd)inL1(mathbbR+;L1(mathbbRd)+Linfty(mathbbRd)) satisfying mathbfBi=sumj=1mmathbfKji*bj, bjinL1(mathbbR+,BV(mathbbRd)) and operatornamediv(mathbfB)inL1(mathbbR+;Linfty(mathbbRd)) for d,mgeq2, where (mathbfKji)i,j are singular kernels in mathbbRd. Moreover, we also show that there exist an autonomous vector-field mathbfBinL1(mathbbR2)+Linfty(mathbbR2) and singular kernels (mathbfKji)i,j, singular Radon measures muijk in mathbbR2 satisfying partialxkmathbfBi=sumj=1mmathbfKjistarmuijk in distributional sense for some mgeq2 and for k,i=1,2 such that regular Lagrangian flows associated to vector field mathbfB are not unique.
