Abstract: We introduce the notion of a Hamiltonian action of an 'etale Lie group stack on an 'etale symplectic stack and establish versions of the Kirwan convexity theorem, the Meyer-Marsden-Weinstein symplectic reduction theorem, and the Duistermaat-Heckman theorem in this context.
