Abstract: Let be the standard Gaussian measure on and be a random vector on with the law . U-conjecture states that if and are two polynomials on such that and are independent, then there exist an orthogonal transformation on and an integer such that is a function of and is a function of . In this case, and are said to be unlinked. In this note, we prove that two symmetric, quasi-convex polynomials and are unlinked if and are independent.
