Abstract: We consider the skew-product of an expanding map E on the circle mathbbT with an almost surely mathcalCk random perturbation au=au0+deltaau of a deterministic function au0: [F :left{egin{array}{rcl} mathbb T imes mathbb R & longrightarrow & mathbb T imes mathbb R\ (x,y)& longmapsto & (E(x), y+ au(x))\ end{array} ight.] The associated transfer operator mathcalL:uinmathcalCk(mathbbTimesmathbbR)mapstoucircF can be decomposed with respect to frequency in the y variable into a family of operators acting on functions on the circle: [mathcal L_xi :left{egin{array}{rcl} mathcal C^k(mathbb T) & longrightarrow & mathcal C^k(mathbb T)\ u & longmapsto & e^{ixi au}ucirc E \ end{array} ight.] We show that the flat traces of mathcalLxin behave as normal distributions in the semiclassical limit n,xioinfty up to the Ehrenfest time nleqcklogxi.
