Abstract: We obtain symmetrization inequalities on probability metric spaces with convex isoperimetric profile which incorporate in their formulation the isoperimetric estimator and that can be applied to provide a unified treatment of sharp Sobolev-Poincar'{e} and Nash inequalities.
