Abstract: Let be a domain in . Suppose that is smooth pseudoconvex of D'Angelo finite type near a boundary point and the Levi form has corank at most at . Our goal is to show that if the squeezing function tends to or the Fridman invariant tends to for some sequence converging to , then this point must be strongly pseudoconvex.
