Abstract: Let be a ring of characteristic with field of fractions , and let . The B"ottcher coordinate of a power series is the unique power series satisfying . In this paper we study the integrality properties of the coefficients of , partly for their intrinsic interest and partly for potential applications to -adic dynamics. Results include: (1) If is prime and and , then . (2) If , then with all . (3) In (2), if , then for all that are powers of .
