Abstract: We prove from the existence of a Mahlo cardinal the consistency of the statement that $2^{o}mega=omeg{a}_3$ holds and every stationary subset of $omeg{a}_{2}capmathrmcof(omega)$ reflects to an ordinal less than $omeg{a}_2$ with cofinality $omeg{a}_1$.
