Abstract: Let and be elliptic curves over a number field . Let be a quadratic character of . We prove the conjecture posed by Mazur and Rubin on -Selmer near-companion curves in the case . Namely, we show if the difference of the -Selmer ranks of and is bounded independent of , there is a -isomorphism .
