Abstract: In this paper, we study the quasi-periodic operators Hepsilon, omega(x): (H_{epsilon,omega}(x)vec{psi})_n=epsilonsum_{kinmathbb{Z}}W_kvec{psi}_{n-k}+V(x+nomega)vec{psi}_n, where vec{psi}={vec{psi}_n}inell^2(mathbb{Z},mathbb{C}^l), V(x)= ext{diag}left(v_1(x),cdots,v_l(x) ight) with vi (1leqileql) being real analytic functions on mathbbT=mathbbR/mathbbZ and Wk (kinmathbbZ) being limesl matrices satisfying |Wk|leqC0eho|k|. Using techniques developed by Bourgain and Goldstein [ extit{{Ann. of Math. 152(3):835--879, 2000}}], we show that for |epsilon|leqepsilon0(V,ho,l,C0) ( depending only on V,ho,l,C0) and xinmathbbR/mathbbZ, there is some full Lebesgue measure subset mathcalF of the Diophantine frequencies such that Hepsilon, omega(x) exhibits Anderson localization if omegainmathcalF.
