Abstract: Existence of almost automorphic solutions for abstract delayed differential equations is established. Using ergodicity, exponential dichotomy and Bi-almost automorphicity on the homogeneous part, sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of almost automorphic solutions are given.
