Abstract: The algebra of observables of $S{O}_q(3)$-symmetric quantum mechanics is extended to include the inverse $frac1R$ of the radial coordinate and used to obtain eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of a q-deformed Coulomb Hamiltonian.
